Entrust my building for management

Our agencies have been mandated in order to manage 20 buildings in St-Luc and Chandolin.

Our administrative method applies on one hand to the management of the current in the building and on the other side, to an accounting part which is performed by an approved trustee in the region. This systematic and technical approach allows more efficient control and follow-up of the insured accounts for the co-owners of the buildings. This way of working permit a transparency between co-owner and administrator.

Our concierge service has a team of 4 full-time staff who take care of the good condition of the buildings and housing we need to deal with.

Our experience in the management of the various buildings of the station is a reliable asset because our company is able to intervene quickly in your homes thanks to a hotline service 24h / 24h - 7 days a week. All repairs, quotes, interviews are also our source of work throughout the year in order to guarantee your investment.
