Entrust ma property for rent

You wish to put your chalet in rent ?

To do this, we must first classify the dwelling in order to award it a rental price. Ours accommodation is classified on the basis of the Swiss Tourism Federation and the Val d'Anniviers Real Estate Agencies.


We factor in account all requirements for development, equipment and location.

Our agency takes care of tenants for different periods of the year. We bring them to our agency to give the keys of the accommodation and indicate the property location. We make all the bedding (including bathroom linen) available to the tenants.

We also give them the possibility to book their ski pass directly by our agency in order to avoid the queues and be able to benefit from a customer discount.

Moreover, tenants can benefit from additional discounts on all activities offered in the resort. At the end of each trip, our team takes care of the cleaning and the restoration of the chalet.

For an easy and fast service, our new website allows the owners to consult the availability of their chalets at any time.

In addition, a unique service of hotline is available to all the owners and tenants of our agency.
